This powerful vinyasa class build on the Warrior Flow Foundation Series: Incorporating postures (asana), breath (pranayama), mantras, mudras, sound (nada), imagery, sankalpa (intention), affirmations, meditation, deep relaxation, and philosophy of empowered living.
