Let an experienced trainer guide you through weekly sessions designed to cultivate a balanced body, focused mind, and empowered life! Together we will stretch, strengthen, and soothe the stress response while planting the seeds of resilience, clarity, and connection.
With an extensive background in mind/body practices and years of personal and professional experience integrating Yoga, mindfulness, and functional fitness--Stacy will guide you in a weekly practice to fulfill and inspire you! These weekly sessions weave together movement, breath, and mediation to enhance mental health and develop a tool box of skills to use during challenging times.
Mindful Movement--Based on classical yoga sequences, this class moves through a gentle yoga practice, incorporates therapeutic breathing practices, and concludes with deep relaxation/meditation designed to balance energy systems and connect with your peace.

Pace: meditative, reflective
Cuing: awareness, expressive
FUNctional Flow--This higher-intensity and fun class uses breath awareness to link creative yoga flows with functional fitness movements--moving in ways that create space and freedom in your body--to optimize mobility, stability, and connection.
Intensity level: 7/10
Accessibility: requires floor movement, balance and coordination, occasional wrist pressure (multiple options always given)
Pace: dynamic, creative
Cuing: alignment, inviting

How to Register:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. A link will be provided to pay via Venmo. Once payment is received, the Zoom link will be emailed to register for the sessions. If enrolling on a week-by-week basis, make sure to email and send payment within 24 hours of the class to ensure Zoom link is received.
