Class Offerings and Descriptions:
MONDAYS 6:30-7:30 PM Peaceful Warrior Yoga -- Integrated classical yoga practice involving joint warm-up and 12 core postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Breathing, sound, and concentration practices are included to build mental focus and clarity. This series synthesizes the different branches of yoga into a comprehensive lifestyle system and provides powerful tools for self-mastery. Ideal for learning the language of yoga, basic principles, and proper technique.
THURSDAYS 1:00-2:00 PM Gentle Yoga –
Gentle Yoga is highly therapeutic and designed around what you need to feel calm, balanced, and rejuvenated. Each class will incorporate centering, breathing, stretching, strengthening, balancing, and relaxing. It is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. Students are guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in the body. Leave feeling nourished, well rested, and refreshed-- with a new cultivated awareness and clarity.
SATURDAYS 10:00-11:00 AM Warrior Challenge Yoga --
This traditional Hatha yoga vinyasa class will increase your stamina and includes sun salutations, gentle forward and backward bending, twists, inversions, and balance postures while synchronizing breath with mindful movement. The class ends with a guided relaxation. This class is designed to introduce continuing students to the foundations of alignment, breathwork, primary poses and sequences while applying the knowledge from core classes with variations in a more physical, fast-paced class. Awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
Welcome Private Session— Free 20-minute introductory session for all new students.
Private Lessons –Available for students who desire one-on-one practice to deepen or to address specific body/mind goals.
