Join Eden Yoga, Stacy Lynn of Enlightened Fitness, Method Yoga, and the Shakery Juice Bar for our community's first ever Yoga Rave!
Come out on Saturday, February 11th to the beautiful Dayton Dance Centre Studio as we celebrate community, love, laughter, yoga, and dance. The evening begins with a velvety vinyasa yoga flow with some “freestyle grooves” lead by Stacy Lynn and music by DJ Strangmind (aka Kenny Stansell). After class we trade in our yoga mats for the dance floor and a truly OMazing light and sound show. The beautiful people from the Shakery Juice Bar will be making the “elixirs” that are sure to keep you dancing through the night. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Doors open at 7:30pm and the yoga class begins promptly at 8pm. Pre-sale: $35 and $40 after 2 /2 /17. Admission includes one “elixir”. Additional "elixirs" are available on a donation basis.
