Start your week off right with Stacy in this H. I. I. T. Boot Camp-style class designed for all fitness and ability levels to thrive--every Monday from 5:45-6:45 PM at Wellspace Dayton starting in March!

Stretch, punch, strengthen, balance, and sweat your way to Wellness Warrior status while laughing and enjoying our uplifting community!

Be prepared each week for a Fit-Fact Focus and Take-Home Challenge to complement your training. We encourage you to stay connected and keep each other inspired and accountable through social media between classes.
